The staff - All of them- were kind, cheerful, and caring- even at 3 am!! very short staffed both weekdays and weekends. And the radiator/under our window never came on and we were seriously freezing (bays) and no hot water either.
Put more staff on shift, and fix heating and hot water?

For a change people listened to things told 15 nurses now the doctors need to.
Ref No 5. Told by doctor on the Sat would have MRI scan on Monday not take now. Times and still don't know when it will happen so why lie if he did not know.

A crowded waiting room with hours wait, having to listen to an extremely loud American woman talking and laughing which is inappropriate considering the frailty of people in the waiting room. I even mentioned to the receptionist that she is very loud and you needa door and I heard her.
